When you want to visit Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten or other Caribbean parts of the Kingdomfor90 days or for a shorter period, in some cases you will need a Caribbean visa.
Your nationality and the duration of your stay determine whether you are required to have a visa.

Met een Caribisch visum kort verblijf mag u mag reizen tussen de Caribische delen van het
Koninkrijk der Nederlanden. Dit zijn Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius en Sint Maarten.
Het Caribisch visum kort verblijf wordt standaard afgegeven voor een verblijf van maximaal 90 dagen
binnen een periode van 180 dagen. U kunt het in principe meerdere keren gebruiken (multiple entry).
Met een Caribisch visum kort verblijf mag u geen betaald werk doen. Als u wilt werken, heeft u een werkvergunning nodig. Een Caribisch visum kort verblijf is niet geldig voor een bezoek aan (Europees) Nederland of een ander Schengenland.
Maximale verblijfsduur met een Caribisch visum kort verblijf
Bent u niet visum plichtig en mag u zonder visum reizen naar de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen?
Dan mag u maximaal 90 dagen per 180 dagen in de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen verblijven.
Heeft u de Nederlandse of Amerikaanse nationaliteit? Dan mag u een langere aaneengesloten periode
in de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen verblijven: maximaal 180 dagen per 365 dagen.
Heeft u de nationaliteit van een ander Schengenland? Dan mag u maximaal 180 dagen per 365 dagen
in Aruba verblijven. In de overige Caribische Koninkrijksdelen mag u maximaal 90 dagen per 180 dagen verblijven. Als u langer wilt blijven, heeft u een verblijfsvergunning nodig.

What is a short stay Caribbean visa?
Conditions of stay in the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom
If you travel to Aruba, Curaçao or the other Caribbean parts of the Kingdom, you must meet certain conditions. Even if you do not need a visa. You are not allowed to stay there indefinitely and you must have sufficient money.
If you travel to the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom, these conditions apply:
✓ U hebt een geldig reisdocument, bijvoorbeeld een paspoort. Het reisdocument moet geldig
zijn tijdens uw hele bezoek en mag niet ouder zijn dan 10 jaar.
✓ U hebt een bewijs dat u kunt terugkeren of doorreizen naar een ander land. Dit is bijvoorbeeld
een paspoort, verblijfsvergunning of visum.
✓ U kunt de reden van uw bezoek aantonen. Bijvoorbeeld met een hotelboeking of een
uitnodiging van familie of vrienden.
✓ U hebt een geldige ziektekostenverzekering of reisverzekering voor medische kosten.
De minimale dekking is 15.000 US dollar. Uw verzekering dekt ziekenhuisbehandelingen,
spoedbehandelingen en repatriëring (ook in het geval van overlijden).
✓ U bent geen gevaar voor de openbare orde, de nationale veiligheid of de internationale
betrekkingen van één van de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen.
✓ U beschikt over genoeg geld om uw verblijf en andere onkosten te kunnen betalen.
Hierbij gelden de volgende richtlijnen per eiland:
Aruba - bij verblijf in een hotel circa USD 75,-- per persoon, per dag.
Bij verblijf bij familie/kennissen circa USD 150,-- per persoon, per dag.
Curaçao - bij verblijf in een hotel circa USD 150,-- per persoon, per dag.
Bij verblijf bij familie circa USD 100,-- per persoon per dag.
Sint Maarten - tussen de USD 100,-- en USD 200,-- per persoon, per dag
of een geldige credit card.
Bonaire, Saba en Sint Eustatius circa USD 150,-- per persoon, per dag.
Aan deze bedragen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
Cost of procedure
There are costs associated with a short-stay Caribbean visa. The fees for a Caribbean short-stay visa differ per country. You pay these costs to process the application.
You also pay for the work of Immigration Services the Netherlands. We use a
fixed amount of€249 excluding VATper request.
We take care of your application and guide you throughout the entire procedure up to and including your arrival in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius or Sint Maarten.
Is your application unexpectedly rejected? We will file an objection for you free of charge once your application has been submitted by Immigration Services.

Step 1 - Sign up

Step 2 - Payment
Complete your registration by completing the registration form. You can then pay for the visa application safely online using one of the payment methods: iDeal (most commonly chosen payment method), PayPal or credit card (Mastercard / Visa).
Step 3 - Confirm
As soon as we have received your registration via our website, we will confirm the order by e-mail through a written order confirmation. After creating the file and confirming the assignment, we will start working on your case.
You will receive an email from us with what you need to create a file. We store your data in our system. This information will not be provided to third parties and is only intended for the assignment and processing of the necessary forms and documents.
After receiving the necessary documents for a Caribbean short-stay visa, you will receive:within 5 working daysthe entire application from us.
