Has your MVV visa (authorization for temporary residence) for your partner, family member or child been refused?
Unfortunately, this is no exception. MVV applications are often wrongly rejected for the following reasons:

The sponsor does not have sufficient, sustainable means of subsistence;

The sustainable exclusive relationship between the sponsor and the applicant has not been sufficiently demonstrated;

The IND assumes that there is a marriage of convenience or a relationship of convenience;

Insufficient evidence has been provided to obtain an exemption from the basic integration exam abroad;
-
The documents submitted are not considered reliable;
The objection must be submitted to the IND within 4 weeks.
Decision period for objection procedure
The IND has 19 weeks to decide on your objection. That period is called the decision period.
The decision period starts on the last day on which you could object. This period is 4 weeks. Even if you have already objected earlier than that day. This means that the IND has calculated 23 weeks from the date of the rejection of the MVV visa application.
Your objection is declared well-founded
If your objection is declared well-founded, the decision is positive and your objection is well-founded.
This means that the IND agrees with you. You will still receive a positive decision on your MVV visa application.

Conditions for an MVV/TEV application
✓ You have a valid passport or other travel document.

✓ Everyone between the ages of 18 and 65 must successfully complete the

Sustainability of business income
Income from self-employed work is only sustainable if the same main person has earned income from self-employed work with the same company for at least one and a half years
Costs of objection procedure
There are costs associated with an objection procedure. You pay for the work of Immigration Services the Netherlands. We charge a fixed amount of€249,- excluding VATper notice of objection.

After receiving the necessary documents for the objection procedure
you ask us to object on your behalf against the negative decision on the MVV application.
