Support with the application for your residence permit
Immigration Services supports you with the complete process of your application in as short a time as possible
time to obtain a permanent residence permit. Our team of specialists is always fully occupied

We will guide you through all the necessary paperwork for the application, change and issuance of your residence document(s). We take care of requesting, collecting, completing, checking, legalizing and submitting the correct forms and (foreign) documents. We can also assist you with translating your foreign documents.
Direct communication with the authorities involved
We handle all communication and correspondence with involved parties such as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) directly for you. We then submit your application for a permanent residence permit. After your application has been granted, we will arrange for your residence document to be issued to the IND. We will make an appointment for you to issue your residence permit.
Immigration Services takes a proactive role and maintains periodic contact with the authorities involved regarding the decision period and decision-making regarding your residence permit application.

Conditions for a permanent residence permit
✓ Immediately before the application, you have already had a valid Dutch residence permit for 5 years or longer.
Only the years from the moment you turned 8 years old count. So you can only get one
Apply for a permanent residence permit if you have turned 13 and from
have lived in the Netherlands for your 8th year with a valid residence permit.
✓ You have always met the conditions of your residence permit. And you still comply now
to the conditions of your permit.
✓ You now have onevalid residence permit for a non-temporary purpose.
✓ You have had continuous residence in the Netherlands in the 5 years before submitting the application.
This means that you have had a valid residence permit for the entire 5 years. So you're always on
time extension requested. And you have not moved your main residence outside the Netherlands during that time.
✓ You are registered in theBasic Registration of Persons (BRP) of your place of residence (municipality).
✓ You have aindependently sufficient and sustainable income.
✓ You have obtained the integration diploma at A2 or B1 language level.
Are you an adult, were you born in the Netherlands or did you come to live in the Netherlands before you turned 3?
and have you always lived in the Netherlands since then? Your application will only be rejected on grounds of public order or national security.
Kosten aanvraag
Aan een verblijfsvergunning voor onbepaalde tijd zitten legeskosten verbonden. De legeskosten van een verblijfsvergunning voor onbepaalde tijd bedragen € 207,- per aanvraag, voor minderjarigen kost de aanvraag € 37,-. Voor Turkse burgers kost de aanvraag € 69,- voor Turkse minderjarigen kost de aanvraag € 37,-.
Deze kosten betaalt u aan de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst om de aanvraag in behandeling te nemen.
Daarnaast betaalt u ook voor de werkzaamheden van Immigration Services the Netherlands. Wij hanteren
een vast bedrag van € 249,- exclusief BTW per aanvraag.
Wij verzorgen uw aanvraag en ondersteunen u bij het complete proces om binnen een zo kort mogelijke tijd een verblijfsvergunning voor onbepaalde tijd te verkrijgen.

Step 1 - Sign up

Step 2 - Payment
Complete your registration by completing the registration form. You can then complete the visa application safely
pay online via one of the payment methods: iDeal (most commonly chosen payment method) PayPal or credit card (Mastercard / Visa).
Step 3 - Confirm
As soon as we have received your registration via our website, we will confirm the order by e-mail
a written order confirmation. After creating the file and confirming the assignment, we will start working on your case.
You will receive an email from us with what you need to create a file. We store your data in our system. This information will not be provided to third parties and is only intended for the assignment and processing of the necessary forms and documents.
After receiving the required documents for the application for a residence permit
We aim to process the application indefinitelywithin 10 working days to be submitted to the Immigration
and Naturalization Service. If you do not yet have all the necessary documents, it is also possible to submit the application to the IND and forward the latest documents.
Thelegal decision period of the IND6 - 12 weeks. Your residence permit will be issued by the IND; you will collect your residence permit at an IND desk in your area. We will make an appointment for this. By coordinating and facilitating the entire process, you can be assured of a smooth process.
