A residence permit for an intra-corporate transferee is a work and residence permit.With an intra-corporate transferee (ICT) residence permit, an employee can be transferred within a company.
This residence permit is for managers, specialists and trainees within a trainee program who will work at a Dutch branch of the company.
The employee is transferred by a company from outside the EU to a branch in the Netherlands.
The employee has the nationality of a country outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland.
The validity of the combined residence and work permit (GVVA) is a maximum of 3 years for managers and specialists. Applies to trainees
a maximum period of validity of up to 1 year.
This maximum period of validity includes transfers to other EU member states.

To work in the Netherlands for a period longer than 90 days, the intra-corporate transferee requires a residence permit and a work permit (TWV). The residence permit and the TWV are applied for together as a combined permit for residence and work (GVVA). The Immigration and Naturalization Service assesses this application. Conditions for a residence permit for an intra-corporate transferee
✓ You have a valid passport or other travel document.
✓ VThe following conditions also apply to the residence permit intra-corporate transferee:
✓ The employee lives in a country outside the European Union (EU) at the time of the application. Or the
employee lives in an EU country with a residence permit intra-corporate transferee (Mobile ICT).
✓ The employee will work in the Netherlands as a manager, specialist or trainee.
✓ The employee is transferred within the same company to a branch in the Netherlands.
✓ The employee has been working for the company outside the EU for at least 3 months.
✓ Theemployee has a valid employment contract with the company outside the EU. Whether the employee has
an assignment letter from the employer. The employment contract or engagement letter contains this information:

The duration of the transfer and the location of the establishment in the Netherlands.

That the employee will work as a manager, specialist or trainee.

The salary and working conditions during the transfer.

That the employee can work in an establishment outside the EU at the end of the transfer.
✓ Does the employee have a protected profession, such as doctor or architect? Then the employee must prove that
he or she is allowed to practice this profession in the Netherlands.
✓ The employment conditions, employment relations or working conditions comply with the law. And his

✓ The employee's salary is in line with the market. The salary is in line with the market if it meets the requirements

Kosten procedure
Aan een verblijfsvergunning intra-corporate transferee zitten kosten (leges) verbonden. De legeskosten van de aanvraag voor een verblijfsvergunning intra-corporate transferee bedragen € 345,- per aanvraag. De werkgever betaalt de kosten van de aanvraag aan de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst om de aanvraag in behandeling te nemen.
Daarnaast betaalt u ook voor de werkzaamheden van Immigration Services the Netherlands. Wij hanteren een vast bedrag van € 999,- exclusief BTW per aanvraag. Wij verzorgen uw aanvraag en begeleiden u gedurende de hele procedure tot en met uw aankomst in Nederland.
Wordt uw aanvraag onverhoopt afgewezen? We tekenen kosteloos bezwaar voor u aan wanneer uw aanvraag door Immigration Services is ingediend.
Aanmelden procedure verblijfsvergunning intra-corporate transferee
Alvorens u een opdracht geeft is het verstandig om eerst te controleren of dit mogelijk is en of u aan alle voorwaarden voldoet. Zodra wij uw aanmelding via onze website hebben ontvangen bevestigen wij de opdracht per e-mail middels een schriftelijke opdrachtbevestiging. Na het aanmaken van het dossier en bevestiging van de opdracht gaan wij aan de slag met uw zaak.
U ontvangt van ons een e-mail met benodigdheden voor het maken van een dossier. Uw gegevens slaan wij op in ons systeem. Deze gegevens worden niet aan derden verstrekt en zijn enkel bedoeld voor de opdracht en de verwerking van de benodigde formulieren en documenten.
Na ontvangst van de benodigde documenten ten behoeve van de aanvraag streven wij ernaar de aanvraag binnen 15 werkdagen in te dienen bij de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst. Indien u nog niet beschikt over alle benodigde documenten is het ook mogelijk de aanvraag in te dienen bij de IND en de laatste documenten nader door te sturen.
De wettelijke beslistermijn van de IND bedraagt 90 dagen, deze termijn kan worden verlengd doordat advies van het UWV wordt gevraagd. Is uw werkgever erkend referent? De IND probeert de aanvraag van een erkende referent binnen 2 weken te behandelen. De aanvraag moet dan wel helemaal compleet zijn.
De afgifte van het MVV (inreis)visum bij de Nederlandse ambassade of het consulaat duurt 5 tot 10 werkdagen.
U dient binnen 3 maanden nadat de IND een positieve beslissing heeft genomen Nederland in te reizen. De afgifte van uw verblijfsvergunning wordt gerealiseerd door de IND, u haalt uw verblijfsvergunning op bij een IND loket bij u in de buurt.
