Requirements
Requirements for the startup visa Netherlands
To qualify for a startup residence permit, the IND will assess, among other things:

Why applications are refused
Startup visa applications may be refused when:

No recognised facilitator is involved

The requirements of Dutch immigration law are not satisfied
Decision period
The IND generally applies a statutory decision period of up to 90 days.
Requests for additional information or complex circumstances may extend the overall processing time.

Fees
€ 1,499 excl. VAT per application (accompanying family members from € 599 excl. VAT)
Government fees charged by the IND and external costs such as translations, legalisation and third-party expenses are not included, unless stated otherwise. A clear quotation will always be provided in advance.
